Rufus (Reliable USB Formatting Utility) is a small, portable utility designed to format and create bootable USB flash drives.
You can create USB installation media from bootable ISOs (Windows, Linux, UEFI, etc.) or as a low-level utility to boot a PC without operating system.
Using the program is straightforward - simply select the USB drive that
you want to format and choose the partition scheme and file system.
There are additional options to check for bad blocks and create extended
labels and icon files (autorun.inf), as well as advanced options for
BIOS compatibility.
Rufus supports UEFI as well as GPT for installation media.
